We have been using TutorTrac since 2004. Prior to implementation, our center used paper logs to track usage and students were not able to schedule their own appointments. TutorTrac allows us to customize important items including e-mail reminders and appointment restrictions, in addition to allowing for the many types of visits and appointments our center manages. We have small group appointments restricted by the subject of the first person who signs up. This allows us to provide as much availability for a tutor with multiple specialties, while letting the student needs determine the course subject scheduled. We can go back and add visits if the Internet is down or if we have support in an area without computer access. The export reporting feature enables you to filter and report usage information using Microsoft Excel, adding greater power to the preset reports.
