TracSystems have some innate survey options built in. As a student signs in and out, he or she is prompted to provide some quick, feedback via standard questions. These are simple and effective, but limited in their use. SurveyTrac provides a depth of features for gathering feedback. With SurveyTrac, you can gather feedback during specific date ranges, specific populations of students and for visits that meet specific criteria. Technical Information
SurveyTrac cannot run on its own and must be added to a TracSystem: AdvisorTrac, TutorTrac, or FitnessTrac. While SurveyTrac provides many enhancements, the TracSystem provides the database, interface, and environment that is required to access and survey the student and consultant records.
